Stephen Poliakoff's modern classic, originally staged by the RSC in 1984, is set in post-revolutionary Russia.
A man is obsessed with finding a way of bringing sound to the movies, while his family are forced to adapt to
the changes wrought by the Bolshevik Revolution.
