Gorretti Slavin is part of RTE Drama On One department. She is an experienced stage director, and has been responsible for many productions, from 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' to 'Dublin by Lamplight', staged by the RTÉ players company 'In The Club'.

Gorretti joined the RTE Drama team to raise the profile of Drama On One's new website, and to encourage access to RTE's growing archive of audio drama. Her Drama On One debut was with Joe O'Byrne's 'A Snail Called Sam' in 2012. Since then she has directed many productions broadcast on RTÉ Radio 1, covering topics with a very wide range. One play featured talking cows; another was about whistle-blowing fund managers in the IMF.
