Referee is a radio play by Nick Perry. It was first broadcast on BBC Radio 4 on 13 May 2011, as an installment of the Afternoon Play[1].

Andrew Scott won a BBC Audio Drama Award in the category of Best Supporting Actor for his performance as Koch.

Plot[]

Geoff is football referee at the top of his profession. But after a controversial game, he's heavily criticised and dropped from the upcoming Cup Final. Geoff's frustration builds and his scruples are soon tested.
